The start of our experience was very good here, but as they say, all good things come to an end. We have lived here for a year and a half. We have paid our rent on time every month, caused no issues with other tenants nor have we continually violated lease terms. Water always shut off power always off . So many BIG dogs live here and poop and bark all day long and no one cleans up after them. Hallways always smelled terrible. Maintenance enters your apartment without your permission. No one has contacted me for deposit back. Management is overly nice to make up for these issues. AC never got below 75 living on top floor and when I called to complain they said “sorry it’s hot out so it’ll be hotter on the third floor” please don’t move here it’s not worth it. RecommendedI just moved in and I absolutely LOVE the new look of my unit. It was freshly renovated. Everything new! EVERYTHING! Made it that much more exciting to decorate and furniture shop! Timary is a blessing in the office and the maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful and worked hard on my unit to get it ready for me! Thank you so much guys! I definitely recommend this place!... TOOK A COUPLE PICS OF SPACES I HAVE MOSTLY COMPLETED AND SET UP!
Parking lot is horrible. Someone crashed into my car at 1am last year and then it was broken into 2 different times after that. Laundry facilities are more expensive and less likely to be working than the local laundry mat. Flyers threatening with fines for anything they could think of. Another dog bit my dog at the dog park and the complaint only elicited a slap on the hand for the other owner. This business is made to suck money out of its tenants. RecommendedThis is an awesome community I love that you have the double doors to get in your apartment plus with intercom service the staff here is awesome Erica ,Derek ,Wilbur, Timary they are all look out for you and the community and you pretty much have everything around the corner with all the groceries stores and eating places I also will miss everyone here thank you for all that you all did for us
