Water always shut off power always off . So many BIG dogs live here and poop and bark all day long and no one cleans up after them. Hallways always smelled terrible. Maintenance enters your apartment without your permission. No one has contacted me for deposit back. Management is overly nice to make up for these issues. AC never got below 75 living on top floor and when I called to complain they said “sorry it’s hot out so it’ll be hotter on the third floor” please don’t move here it’s not worth it. The property management team is second to none. Very understanding and overall amazing customer service. Be sure to call Ashley with any questions and she will be right on top of it! Also the prices of the apartments are very affordable. I am only moving out because I have an amazing opportunity as a homeowner. I cannot recommend this property more highly!

I was left with no ac for 3 Days with the weather was in the 90s. New management is horrible and can’t wait to move out
This place is a joke. Half of the time the waters of for Mantaince and Mantaince takes Days and Days to call back. This place is a dump
I love Fountain Lake. Jentri is amazing and she knows you by name. It has been a great place since I have been here, just wished they had sidewalks for a the many walkers and children in the community. The floor plans are nice with plenty of space!
Jentri is the sweetest! We look forward to living at Fountain Lake!
