Under no circumstances should you use the “Laundryvalue” laundry room, as it will ruin your work clothes, especially blazers. I used the delicate cycle, and my blazers were still damaged. Unfortunately, even though this is a nice area and a comfortable apartment, the laundry service should have higher-quality machines. Now I have to spend money replacing my clothes, and on top of that, I’m forced to leave the comfort of the condo to find a laundry service elsewhere. It’s really disappointing.
Unfortunately I'm not able to put 0 stars. When I first visited this place, everything seemed perfect. I had toured many communities before, but this one gave me a sense of security. I've been living around Miami lakes for almost 3 years but because of roommates moving we needed to find a need place. A great place to live very quietly
I have been at Fountain House for a year and half. I am leaving only because I must relocate for a new job in Palm Beach County. I feel so lucky that I stumbled on Miami Lakes and Fountain House when I was looking to move from Ohio to Florida for a new job in Miami. The town is peaceful and family oriented. Fountain House is located in the best place of all - right on Main Street. My husband I moved into fountain house as newlyweds. I couldn't possibly imagine living anywhere else! The location is amazing, the apartments are well-maintained. The leasing office is always so attentive to any needs that we have. Honestly wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I even had friend that worked for Graham's residential tell me that if they ever moved to another apartment complex, they would move to fountain house. 10/10!
