If ever I needed convincing that our healthcare system is messed up, my experience seeing Dr. Novak at 4C Medical Group in town has made me a believer. Before I went in for an annual checkup and lab work, I asked explicitly if they were a participating provider on my health plan and if they accepted the contracted rates. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! Great bedside manor and care!
Worst drs office ever.
Now 4C Medical Group and I’ve never had a bad experience here in the years I’ve been a patient. The front staff is a pleasure, the nurses are polite and good at their jobs and Dr. Summers is awesome. I will never switch my primary care physician, that’s how great my care is. HIGHLY recommend this practice!
