I lived here for a little over a year. I do not recommend living here. The property managers are non-responsive and cover for the owner's lack of attention to the property. There is a flaw in the plumbing system so that if the water is shut off (which it is shut off FREQUENTLY) the hot water does not recover for about 3 days. Last winter on the coldest day of the year (-5 degrees F), the electricity went out. One would hope that a place that caters to people 55 years and older would have better utilities. Do not even consider living here, unless you are an older minority. Because that is the only people welcomed here. The manager is very helpful until she gets you in & then Vanessa is very unprofeessional. She thinks all older people should be playing bingo & happy to be off the street.
