The staff very nice explained my option on my treatment.
My appointment was for 3pm and I was taken back immediately. I have not been to the dentist in 3/4 years. I had extensive XRays, as well as a cleaning and was in and out within an hour. Tracy was kind and made me very comfortable. :)
I like the fact that you don't have to wait to long when you are scheduled. Cheaper that Fountain Modern Dentristy. They don't have 4 TV's in the waiting area and that's no problem since you're not waiting anyway. Staff that I met don't seem to be in a rush like other places I've been to. Quality of work done same as other places.
Very friendly staff!! State of the art facility. They all took excellent care of me and my family. I Highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for an exceptional dentist.
The WORST customer service experience, I have ever received in a dental facility. Unorganized ,chaotic staff, my perception of the facility was UNCLEAN...and I never saw the dentist...walked out after waiting an hour and a half....I was thoroughly disgusted.
