Moved in last year. There have not been a week or month where there is not some large scale construction, fixes and or maintenance. Not only my my unit but especially the entire community. Not worth the, disturbance, headache and inconvenience. Should have been a warning to me when during the walk-through of my apartment the lady says...just minor maintenance going on.

The worse place I have lived. Landlord's will take your money. Don't give you a rental contract even though you ask and then will pull out all these clauses to take charges onto you. The management never returns calls. We had our disposal break within the first month of living there. Nada. We ending up fixing it ourselves. We never got our parking spot. Then we we asked for a deduction of our rent for it, they said well it wasn't in your rental agreement, so you are out of luck. So we parked the whole time we lived there on ... read more
Terrible place to live. The laundry and storage room flooded. Sewage backed up into our tub. They love taking your money.

Get everything in writing. The office staff is unprofessional and unreliable regarding complaints. On April 1, 2006, I went to visit a resident at one of their complexes and fell, injuring my foot and ankle, due to a construction design defect in the sidewalk. Everytime I call to speak to someone I'm told it's out of thier hands.
