Bad place to live Anonymous is nuts! My husband and I have lived here for over a year now. Our lease wont be up till June. We rent a studio for 1065$ a month. Here is what we got for our money: The place is intolerable during the summer for the heat. We try to leave the windows open but can't because the noise. People WILL and DO party outside in the court( last time till 3:30am on a Tuesday morning). The management does nothing about it and will only reply that they didn't them. I LOVE this place! I lived here for a year and unfortunately my job took me to another part of the state. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They remembered me by first and last name. They throw "get-to-know-your-neighbor" parties every 3 months and they are a lot of fun. Drinking and food included for free! I lived on the 6th floor facing the space needle and LOVED every minute of living there. I would have liked a better gym, but there's one right across the street you can join if you want. I used the pool a few times and ... read more
