The staff, from the receptionists to the vet techs, and Doctors are all friendly, courteous & helpful. All very patient with this fur mom-who had no patience when one of her babies has a surgery! They answer all my questions & texts which makes me feel great. I love that they have a cell you can text and ask questions. Makes this fur mom feel more comfortable & connected 🐾❤️🐾
Took vacation days off work because my dog Courage was scheduled for teeth cleaning and extraction and he would be on pain meds so I wanted to be at home with him. Arrived there the morning of the 21st to be told that they had no record of my appointment. Didn’t apologize. Said I could reschedule in a month, or leave my dog there and MAYBE they could get to him. If you can’t handle your scheduling, you can’t be trusted with my dog’s health.
The vets are very kind and helpful. The office workers are just as nice as the vets. They were all very kind to Cali.
I am following the request from our Governor and staying IN ... However I was in need of Monthly Flea And Tic Medicine for my fur babies .. THANK YOU so much for delivering them to my home ... As always you are Appreciated ❤️
had to have my cat of 17 years put down on 2/24/20 Dr. Pettigrew and the entire staff were very compassionate and understanding it's by far the best veterinarian office around.
