Will not complete repairs as requested. Places fraudulent charges on your credit. Won't fix repairs properly in they're done at all. Very nasty demeanor. Customer Service is horrible
There is no good way to start a recommendation for fcr. Absolutely horrible how they treat people, no professionalism whatsoever. Refused to do repairs for 7 months and tried to send for collections because I moved me and my kids out of the moldy apartment they tried to force us to stay in. Would not fix the leaks in the apartment & many other repairs needed.
I have entered several complaints here. Do not rent from them. Call 334 614 9533 and i will tell you all i know.
Refused to do repairs after a dryer fire that the fire marshal declared to be their fault. When I moved out they are now trying to charge me for the damages. Also claiming there were fleas and a strong pet smell when I had no pets for another $1100. They are liars and thieves.
We have a new addition to our rental list! 9118 Garret Lake Drive in beautiful Midaland!! 4 bedroom \ 2 bathroom, central heat and air, total electric, washer and dryer provided, hardwood floors in main living areas, carpet in bedrooms, fireplace in living room, 2 car garage, Lake Front Lot!!! This won't last long!! Come by and check it out!!!
