Carl Bruner is true to his title "Reverse Mortgage Specialist" and he knows how to handle very elderly customers who ask the same questions 5 times!! His home visits, patience and compassion is rare and greatly appreciated. I did compare prices and interview another mortgage company, but Carl was quick to offer to come and visit at my friend's home. He knows how to put a senior at ease! Highly recommend!
