I'm happy to see there is a big change in the Fountain Dental Clinic!! I stayed away because of so many indescrepencies with the billing and how it was being processed. Pretty much all of the staff seem friendly and helpful, there was only one staff at the front that seems to be easily irritated when dealing with customers, other than that everyone else is pleasant and professional.

I didn't have to wait. I showed up a bit early and they took me in. The staff are really professional and very kind. They made me feel very welcome. Not to mention their awesome front desk service, one of a kind. In a good way.

I appreciate the front staff acknowledging me as soon as I walk in the door. I never have a long wait before being called back. Dr. Kimball Snyder and his assistant are super. I have severe anxiety going to the dentist but Dr. Snyder has been very patient with me. He knows I don't handle the shots well so he is always extremely gentle, as gentle as he can be!!! I appreciate all that Fountain Dental Center has done for me!!! Thank you all!!
