They knocked it out of the park, folks. The wood fired flavors are truly infused into almost every dish. We were fortunate enough to experience many of these at Friday's soft opening. Our favorite starter was Chef Dwayne's Wedge Salad - the combination of smoked onions and blue cheese dressing was on point. The best entree was the Spice Crusted Ribeye Cowboy Steak. This establishment is just what we need in Downtown These Folks are doing it right, My understanding affordable dinning and great atmosphere. The gallery space is incredible for special events and wedding receptions, private parties. Just a beautiful edition to the fabulous changes that are being made. Congratulations to the Owners and Staff can't wait to hang out at the Foundry.
