The apartments themselves are decent for the price and location compared to other apartments in the area. There is NO sense of community and is disappointing once you see or hear of other Alliance properties and what they do for their tenants. Just look at their Instagram, other than one tour, there's nothing listed for the community since the old company in 2017. The staff collectively is RUDE!! Current Resident at Foundry Commons in San Jose: This place was nice when we first moved in, but it has changed for the negative recently. It has become apparent that they only care if you move in and give them their deposits and their monthly rent and then they are done with you. While it is not cheap to live here it is reasonable for the area and the apartments appear to be nice at a glance, I am sure it is much more budget-friendly for the apartments that are obviously not...
