I'm vegan and would recommend this place. They have two items on their designated plant-based section of their menu (love when places do this). I tried their plant powered sandwich which was delicious! Their chai latte with oat milk is also very good, nice and spicy, though they do unfortunately charge the "vegan tax" for plant-based milk substitutes. The staff was super friendly and the space is comfortable, would definitely go again.
The Foundry is my favorite cosy place in town and I go there most mornings after a beautiful walk through town. My joke is that it’s my second home! The coffee is fantastic, strong, solid and delicious. The food is always fresh and exceptional along with a nice variety of fresh pastries and sweets. Best of all though are the staff always friendly with a kind word and a smile. Kudos to Victoria, Darian. I stopped in today and had one of the best strawberry iced matcha lattes I’ve had all summer! It was absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of strawberry and matcha. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’d happily visit again!
Great spot for a brewed drip or some fancier options.
