We have purchased two homes and sold one home with Chastin Miles and Founders Real Estate. Their service is second to none! Chastin was very quick to respond to my inquiries, and what I loved most is that he took out the time to learn our personalities and preferences. He knew I needed explanations, so oftentimes, he would patiently explain processes and policies to me so I could make an informed decision. I would will never buy a house from another realtor. Chastin is top notch!!
David was very professional and courteous on every level. Took the initiative to go out and inspect properties, took photos and gave me his professional opinion about the property before taking me out to view it. I definitely would recommend David and Founders Real Estate Group. When I do this again, David will be my first call!
Referred to them by a friend who was pleased with their experience as first time buyers. These realtors are completely unprofessional and incompetent. They will give you excuses after excuses on why they can’t produce and sell your home. They are too busy doing DIY commercials and going on vacation then selling homes. They claim to have weekly meetings, but I’m not too sure on what they are discussing if people on their team are reaching out to Builders in regards to buying a home when they are supposed to be selling a home They will overprice you if you are a buyer.
