I give this company 0 stars. I carried full coverage on our work truck for 6 years. I pulled out in front of another truck. Both vehicles were totaled. It took a representative 11 days to return my calls and voicemails. We were then informed that the rental we had paid for 6 weeks, was the equivalent of our deductible. Further, I was offered $102.12 for my ******* work truck by this company. They told me that depreciation prior to the accident, made the truck worth just over $100. My husband got hit by someone with this insurance the day before Thanksgiving. They took a week to even send an adjuster out who was extremely rude and hung up on me when I called to find out what was going on. They told me last week to give someone in the total loss department at ext 4435 by the name of Joel O**** to call back.
