Dr Eric Ketchum and my past doctor Peter these both cardiologist and whole cardiology team are wonderful. Dr Eric listen carefully, take time to explain everything, and truly care about my health needs. I feel comfortable asking questions, and he never rush through appointments. The staff is also very friendly and professional. Only minor issue i have is that I don't like manual BP readings staff does as they fluctuate alot and i prefer automatic cuff due to excellent bp readings. The doctors here are afraid to touch patients that are actually sick and need an exam. I brought my infant son in because he had a cold and I was worried he had an ear infection and the doctor barely looked in his ears then stood on the opposite side of the room and spoke so quietly through his mask that I couldn’t understand what he was saying. They didn’t even take my son’s temperature. Then they charged me $209 dollars.
