We viewed unit with my son and he agreed to proceed ahead with signing a lease. Price quoted for a one bedroom was $1165/month, but when the lease came through it was $1190. Both the assistant manager and the leasing agent said they would honor the $1165 to us, but clearly that was false. Make sure to get things in writing as their word clearly meant nothing.
