I’ve been trying to get in contact with you guys for a min phone number says disconnected what kind of business is this
This company I have been dealing with for awhile now. No returned phone calls authorizations expiring so that attendant cannot receive their pay and then randomly out of the blue they call and say that they're on the shore and are willing to help fix the problems after numerous attempts of calling without responses. I am sorely disappointed with the professionalism that is being displayed. I mean is it too hard just to answer the phone a job that you are being paid to do I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughters case worker waits till the last minute or past the due date to handle paperwork. If she spent more time on her clients and not making TikTok videos things might get done. Office never answers their phone so can never get any help there .
