If I could give zero stars I would. My daughters case worker waits till the last minute or past the due date to handle paperwork. If she spent more time on her clients and not making TikTok videos things might get done. Office never answers their phone so can never get any help there .

Foundations for Change is the service facilitator for my Dad and their business practices are unethical and less than desirable. For reasons I don't understand, they don't answer their phone or reply to emails. No one from the office has called to check on my Dad in over a year.
