We have been with Jennifer over a year and she has helped us navigate disability challenges and so much more.
Website and scheduling is easy to navigate for scheduling appointments.
Jacob was very helpful as a provider, however can’t say the same about Jennifer in scheduling. He said he would see me and my boyfriend in a following a week. Yet his incompetent scheduling staff can’t find any record of our visit and scheduled us a month out! That’s a huge difference! I kept trying to call to see if there has been any schedule opening and can’t even get a call back! We have the best insurance it’s a shame we aren’t being respected as patients trying to work on ourselves.
