Jacob was very helpful as a provider, however can’t say the same about Jennifer in scheduling. He said he would see me and my boyfriend in a following a week. Yet his incompetent scheduling staff can’t find any record of our visit and scheduled us a month out! That’s a huge difference! I kept trying to call to see if there has been any schedule opening and can’t even get a call back! We have the best insurance it’s a shame we aren’t being respected as patients trying to work on ourselves.
front desk is AWFUL therapists are so kind get new staff
Front desk told my family member after waiting 40 minutes for a 9am appointment that the therapist was not even in office. Ridiculous.
