I'm sorry I read all the reviews, and I'm like wow over all the negative reviews. I was here twice at 13-14 & 15-18. The first time I was an angry kid who fought alot, the second time I was still angry.. but different angry. Foundations does not take appropriate care with personal records and has been reported for HIPAA violations.
If I could do 0 stars, I would. I was involuntarily admitted to Foundations in early 2013 by my parents (who are amazing and were only trying to get me help), doctors, and police officers. Let's just say that this facility is NO different than a prison. I felt threatened 24/7 by the wild "prisoners" (residents). I was 13 or so at the time so I was in the adolescents wing.
