My son is currently there and he looks horrible. He looked dirty and I have never seen him so mediated. Here is the major problem right now. Our son has autism. He has it very severally. He was let out of an RTF and caused harm to myself, my wife and my children. He has a team of professionals working with him and nobody thought he should have gone home. He went right back a month later. Right now he is in foundations down in Philadelphia. No RTF will take him because he is so bad they can't meet his medical needs. A knew do... read more

This is a terrible facility. They are basically holding my child hostage but won’t explain why she can’t speak with family. The staff is reactive and unwilling to gather information from a variety of sources. My child is suffering from loneliness, confusion, deep sadness. She’s decompensating as a result of being away from her loved ones and they are not taking it seriously. Do not take your child here. Go anywhere else but not here.

The staff here were neglectful and rude. My son was made fun of by staff for having "too many cuts on his arms." As a parent, I would highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.

My son was there for a little over a week. The staff was rude and not professional. It took an hour just to get through to speak to your child just for 5 minutes. He said the bathrooms were filthy, disgusting and smelly. The doctor was an absolute joke and the Male social worker was a joke as well. I could go on and on. The only best thing in that facility was my sons behavioral and case worker they were 2 people that actually cared and took pride in there jobs other than that I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

This place was not too bad. I could have been somewhere better but for what was available it was fine. However, my first night and day were awful. I cried as soon as my parents left and they locked the door. Luckily enough, my room mate was incredibly kind and friendly. I got along well with most of the kids and we learned how to make our fun. The food however is worse then the food I eat at school (and that is saying something). I'm glad my parents were available to visit me so much because being without them was too hard. ... read more

NIGHTMARE! Took my non suicidal but depressed/anxious daughter there in hopes of doing some sort of outpatient treatment and I guess they had empty beds to fill because they insisted she needed to be admitted inpatient and when we refused they refused to help us at all! More interested in the almighty dollar than genuinely helping people! Parents, be informed, you can refuse admittance, you know your child best and if you just need some intensive therapy to help avoid hospitalization this is not the place (even though tha... read more

I'm sorry I read all the reviews, and I'm like wow over all the negative reviews. I was here twice at 13-14 & 15-18. The first time I was an angry kid who fought alot, the second time I was still angry.. but different angry. Therapy helped alot, the staff was awesome, even though I got into a few fights here and there I learned to control my temper and anger... this program even helped me gets jobs at 14 to 16 when they got me into a nursing program where I became a xna at 16 and worked in a nursing home the whole time I was... read more

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I was involuntarily admitted to Foundations in early 2013 by my parents (who are amazing and were only trying to get me help), doctors, and police officers. Let's just say that this facility is NO different than a prison. I felt threatened 24/7 by the wild "prisoners" (residents). I was 13 or so at the time so I was in the adolescents wing. This other girl walked in on me taking a shower and trying to have sex with me. None of the doors are locked. When you're going to the bathroom, you need t... read more
