Foundations is by far the worst place you could ever send your child. My daughter was there twice and each time they made her worse than before. They never gave her a one on one even though they knew what her behaviors were including elopement. They lost her for 12 minutes in a bathroom with another boy with both not having any clothes on. Then I had to bring her back to the hospital because she was out of control from the medicine they put her on that it couldn’t be managed at home. 0 stars if I could. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hospital. I would not recommend this place to anyone whose loved one needs compassionate, appropriate, and individualized care. I never saw a doctor in person. The therapist scheduled two meetings with me, and both times she never showed up. Communication throughout the hospitalization was extremely poor. My son was left without his medication because the hospital wanted to give it as a crushed pill mixed with water in a syringe, even though he ... read more
