Our experience with Foundations has been so very positive! Our son was there for med changes and sadly an extended stay because of violent behavior toward us his family. Kat our therapist was so good to our son and for us his family - talking thru all options to access the help we needed. Sadly being a NJ kid and Foundations in PA it was a tough to get what he needed to move forward. Thanks so much to all the staff who worked with, cared for and put up with Wyatt.
We had a great experience at foundations. Staff members were wonderful and treated us really well.
my grandson was there for a few weeks. He had a lot of behavioral issues. I was a little nervous when he went. He is only 11 but at times can be aggressive and very strong, And needed help with coping skills. We were always kept in the loop by his therapist, psychiatrist and nurses. Any concerns that I had were always addressed. . He was a lot calmer and much more easier to handle. His therapist. Nicole was excellent.
