Lacey and Ashley were great to work with. Lacey handled our paperwork very well and didn’t miss any detail. Ashley spent extra time making sure we had all the information needed to make the best decision. She was very patient with us. Closing on a home is a big deal and brings out all the emotions when you are stressed and so many things are out of our control. Thank you for helping.
We had very bad experience with Lacey. she is arrogant, unprofessional. she doesn't like answer any questions. we are paying for their service. it is not free. they should show some patience, friendliness. she hung up call if she doesn't like question. all the calls should have been recorded. i know we are stuck with you. it doesn't mean you guys can do anything you want. Stay away from this company.
