Excellent experience with the Tarheel Basement system. The project included a full vapor barrier, sump pump, and humidifier. Foreman ****** and team ***** ****** and ****** ******** were very professional, efficient, and unobtrusive during the installation. ****** did a great job debriefing at the end of each day and provided pictures along the way. Also, a great walk/crawl through with explanation at the end of the job. Overall very pleased with the equipment, installation, and execution to the quote.

Its a mess, I was promised that everything will be completed by Aug 5th 2021 and today is Aug 25th 2021 still texting and calling the company for a resolution. My new floor was ruined and I have been promised that the amount will be paid but I have to run store to store and pick up the material to get it laid as if I had left it on FSM it would take another month. Four years after Ohio Basement Authority fixed our basement wall I finally had them come back out and readjust the beams and etc. They sent a service technician by the name of Steven ********** out to my home. To start with He was courteous enough to call and say he would be about 15 minutes later than my original early morning appointment. Nick F, Caleb T, and Travis H were very professional and so kind to our little guy who was very interested in all their tools. They had our basement fixed quickly and by noon you wouldÂ’ve never known they were there. Thank you so much! They also helped us figure out our sump pump wasnÂ’t work saving us a big mess in the future!!

Henry ********* and Sergio ******** did a great job installing my sump pump. They faced several challenges from gallons of water due to rain and a mystery pipe that existed in the foundation but they completed the job on time without requiring a plumber to move the pipe. The sales process went great with Easton and I have had no issues with financing or scheduling with foundations recovery systems. Everyone I have worked with has done a great job and my basement is now dry.
