Ken and his team have been managing my places for so long. After switching few times from previous bad management cpies, they are the best. Maybe they is better for others, but for me they take of my tenants well, and my places are always rented... $$$
Terrible property management. They do not care about the well being of their tenants whatsoever. Do not give this company your hard earned money. They cut corners and could care less about you. Being nice with them isnt worth the headache. Do not reccomend whatsoever.
