We had the pleasure of working with Dawna when we found the most beautiful old home. As soon as we toured the house Dawna walked us through the offer process, contract, inspection, and closing. She negotiated hard for us to get repairs done before closing and made sure we understood and were comfortable with every step of the process. I would work with her again in a heartbeat, but unfortunately I'm not sure we'll have the opportunity because we don't plan on ever leaving our new home!
