Clay Graber of Foundation Realty was awesome! He is very knowledgeable of his field and of the area, which ended up being to great benefit for my wife and I. We did not know much about home buying and he address and conquered every single one of our concerns. He was also very patient with us throughout the entire process.
Clay was overall wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me find the perfect home! He was patient when I didn't know what I wanted, and continually learned more about me to help make suggestions. He answered ALL of my questions and truly made the daunting task of being a first time home buyer a breeze. He has a lot of patience, because the truly wants to find the exact right home for you. I will recommend him to anyone I know who is looking into buying a house in the area.

Clay was amazing! he showed us several homes 2 weekends in a row! I would highly recommend Clay when buying or selling your home. when we put in our offer and it was accepted, Clay took over the whole process, kept us in the loop, and he managed getting us closed a few days earlier than the closing date!
