10/10 Experience. I was nervous going into my first appointment but Kelli immediately made me feel comfortable. The appointment was very personable and conversational rather than just a checklist of questions being asked. At the end of the appointment, Kelli asked what my goal was, gave me multiple treatment options, and we were able to find one.
