10/10 Experience. I was nervous going into my first appointment but Kelli immediately made me feel comfortable. The appointment was very personable and conversational rather than just a checklist of questions being asked. At the end of the appointment, Kelli asked what my goal was, gave me multiple treatment options, and we were able to find one. Had to switch therapy on short notice and I was very apprehensive about seeing someone new after 3+ with my previous psychiatrist. I went in not knowing what to expect and a nervous wreck and left feelings beyond relieved. Kelli instantly made me feel like I was talking to a friend.
