Dr Thompson is a good doctor however his staff, to me, are cold and non-caring! They do not advocate for patients AT ALL. They are always rude to me and give me cold excuses. I recently wrecked my car and could not make it for my morphine pump to be refilled. I called the office and never got a response. My pump beeps and alerts when it is empty. Kaitlyn was able to service me as her patient, and I obtained what I needed to recover from patella repair.
I come up to the 10th floor and walked to the back was seated in the assisted by the Nurse assistant as soon as she saw me sign the paperwork and made payment went to lobby and within 7-10 minutes was call to the back to see Kaitlin and she was in there and out after going over medication and my pain asking about medication and if I need a shot; very open and willing to listen and help with all of my questions.
