Cannot get anyone to take my situation seriously. My procedure was pushed back a week because they did not let me know I needed surgical clearance. I assume with the referral from Dr Benae that this was a really good professional office that cared. So 1st appointment was 7/20. Since then my headaches went from a 3 in pain to way over 10. My next scheduled procedure is 8/11 of this year. When the pain is bad that you can't eat and your blood pressure is 178/103, there's a problem. I've gotten it down ,to 163/92. Dr. Justin is a Great Doctor and I want look any farther! If you are in need for a pain management Doctor, my advice would be Dr.Justin. He treats people with dignity and respect. And Ms. Kaitlyn (P.A.) is so sweet and a good and knowledgeable person. If it was more than 5 stars, they deserve it!! I do knee injections and back injections and all went fantastic ! Don’t return calls, extremely unprofessional
Dr.. Thompson is an arrogant, mannerless man. I was supposed to become a new patient at his practice through a referral. I was talking to the check-in person and trying to explain something to her. He came out of nowhere and started yelling about how I couldn’t discuss medical issues with her because of the HIPPA laws. I tried to ask him about my concern. He got louder and started spouting that I couldn’t ask or explain or have any conversation with anyone about my medical issues until I was in a closed exam room with HIM. I... read more
