Don’t return calls, extremely unprofessional
Dr.. Thompson is an arrogant, mannerless man. I was supposed to become a new patient at his practice through a referral. I was talking to the check-in person and trying to explain something to her. He came out of nowhere and started yelling about how I couldn’t discuss medical issues with her because of the HIPPA laws. I tried to ask him about my concern. Do yourself a favor and get a different pain management doctor! They make you wait in a hallway and this visit we have waited 2 hours after our scheduled appointment, on 7/7/26, for a procedure! The most unprofessional doctor organization I have ever seen! Run don't walk away!
Dr. Thompson and his team are professional and results are wonderful. I would refer anyone to foundation pain and spine.
