HOPE (psc203) IS AWESOME!! SHE DRAWS BLOOD EFFORTLESSLY AT DR BHENDERS OFFICE. SHE DEALS WITH PATIENTS WITH A WIDE RANGE OF ILLNESSES AND MEDICAL ISSUES SHE WORKS FAST AND WONT BRUISE OR REPEATEDLY STICK YOU. THERE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER WITH SUCH COMPASSION,CARE,AND CONCERN SHE IS BY FAR THE BEST ASSET DR BHENDER HAS IN HER OFFICE!
This is the best laboratory in Bakersfield. I have small veins that collapse and every other lab in town that I have been to the tech always fishes for the veins and most of the time end up blowing it up causing me pain. At Foundation on Truxtun ave. I have never had a problem . Hope, the tech , there never causes me pain and always get it on the first attempt. I cannot give her enough praise. I will NEVER come back. I got a large hematoma at injection site that was visible across a table. I have shown my MD, his nurse and all who would listen and look. The draw was the most painful I've ever had and I'm over 60 years. Also, my first impression of the phlebotamist when I saw him on that Monday morning is that he did not want to be there. Very nonchalant attitude about my draw---bedside manner of a rock.
She is terrific got me first time every time and my veins generally roll and blow Highly recommend her
