My experience was excellent. The only thing was the wait. 1.5 hours to get the oil changed and tires rotated.
I purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade in September of 2025 and it is now January 2026 and I still have not received my vehicle registration sticker! Every time I call, I get the runaround and told somebody will call me back... Joe the manger from the Cadillac side call me back!
