I wish we used a different escrow company, what a nightmare. They have not paid out my homeowners insurance premium, which is now past due. I paid this through closing costs, and it was specifically listed as supposed to be paid through escrow. Same story with my home warranty. BEWARE of using Foundation Escrow. I’ve called multiple times throughout the process to get them to follow through on what they’re supposed to do (I should not have to do this). I was not happy with my overall service from Foundation Escrow. It started off with a phone call and no documentation for me to wire earnest money funds for my purchase. When I asked for some documentation showing a request for the funds and what they would be used for, my request was met with confusion.
