This guy rocks! Been battling migraines for almost 18 years now always stemming from the same place, neck and shoulders. Now, while I do get other treatments as preventatives, he was the first Chiropractor to adjust where my migraines stem from…my shoulders! Felt great leaving after the first visit. He is so attentive to finding what works for you! Definitely recommend ☺️
Dr. Tushar Rawalji (Dr. T) is simply the best. From the minute i booked my appointment to when i left there was clear and open communication. He talks you through everything thats happening and why. Can not recommend any other chiropractor.

After couple visits I feel better and I'm able to walk around without pain.
I have been with Dr.T for 6 years now and to me he isn’t just my Chiropractor. I think of him as a friend and a mentor. He never tried to just get you in and out the door fast. I was a runner all throughout high school and he really worked with me to become stronger through PT and helped me recover with adjustments, dry needling, and soft tissue work. I am very glad my family started going to Foundation Chiropractic and Wellness.
