Vianey was great to work with on two separate issues, an OnStar coax cable and a shock. They kept the details straight for both items, provided what we needed to support each one, and didn’t let the two concerns get blended together.

Do not shop from this line of dealerships period. I drove 3 hours to purchase a truck from them. then they offered less on my trade in than what was agreed on, sales manager tried to push me into using there financing or I might not have left with truck that day because of (wire transfer times). After purchasing the truck they didn’t properly service the truck as it oil change prompt popped up on the way home. I chose not to move forward after a series of interactions that raised serious concerns about professionalism, transparency, and overall customer respect. They told us one price on the phone and then once we got there it went up 2000.00 after I drove a hour and a half very upset I want be back
