Noah was excellent.
Took car in for various repairs (shocks, struts, wheel hub and cabin filter). Work performed was completed satisfactorily. An issue arose when car was picked up, unrelated to original work. David Diehl and management dealt with issue in a fair and satisfactory manner. I would recommend the business to anyone. Customer Service and satisfaction appears to be a number one priority for them.
Grubbs in Wichita Falls service department was very efficient, friendly, and helpful when I had my car serviced this week. Jimmy Gordon was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. I will definitely ask to see him when I have to have help with my Buick.
