I recently purchased a vehicle from Grubbs and, while the salesman was great to work with, my experience with the finance department has been nothing short of frustrating. Noah was excellent.
Took car in for various repairs (shocks, struts, wheel hub and cabin filter). Work performed was completed satisfactorily. An issue arose when car was picked up, unrelated to original work. David Diehl and management dealt with issue in a fair and satisfactory manner. I would recommend the business to anyone. Customer Service and satisfaction appears to be a number one priority for them.
