Insanely rude operators, and when called in for safety and blocking of property access, they just hung up without any information. We'll it's all on film, and I will be sending the OSHA violation, pictures, and video directly to them now.
The time is 4:40am, appointment delivery is at 7:00am. Arrived early because I‘ve looked at the drop in google maps, and I like to avoid traffic, which by the pictures you can tell it starts early. I decided to give it a 1 star, just because this load should be brokerage to specify box truck.. but of course it’s 2024 and freight is bad. And people are booking what ever there is, street is small for an otr 53 dryvan, I hope people can understand why I’m blocking the street smh.
They do not care about drivers or their time. They have been loading thier own trucks for 3 hours while 4 flatbeds are waiting to get unloaded. But they are getting paid hourly so why would they care?
