Flatbeds pull in the North side of the drive and then unstrap and pull your tarps off in the back. They will then unload your trailer in the South outgoing side. You have to bring your paperwork to the office before they will unload your trailer and then pick it up after they’ve unloaded your trailer.
Employees were friendly and nice. Unloading took a minute before they started overall not bad. Here's my issue, they completely removed the female customer restroom and replaced it with a unisex restroom. Then decided not to keep that same energy with the Mens' customer restroom. Let me get this straight, women come second rate to men. We have to share our restroom with any other gender confused person but men don't. Just about got t-boned by a big truck that blew a red light at 12th & Cleveland. They weren't interested in dashcam footage and just told me the boss would see it because they have something in their trucks that show if they run red lights. Either way, thanks to my defensive driving skills I was able to narrowly avoid a major accident and possibly death. Took everything in me to not follow them but that wouldn't have been good for either of us. That driver should have his CDL revoked.
