I got materials from this place for more than $7000 I had short of kitchen tile and excess of dining area tile when ask them to swap and I’m willing to pay the difference they refused do. Guy in the front desk have to educate himself what is customer service is. Before he even looking at the return material he came to conclusion it’s broken and damaged may be the do the same with the customer. Your policy should help customers not hurting.
