Got a call from them for an interview and called back 3 times but the receptionist wouldn't take a message or transfer me to voicemail. She said call back later then on the third try of calling no one even picked up so left a message and no one called back. Communication seems to be lost in this place which sucks as I was excited to get a call from them at the start until having to deal with the receptionist.
Unpleasant experience and overpriced. Not going there ever again!
No customer service.
I just received my delivery to location and was very pleasantly surprised with delivery crew which offloaded truck, brought in all items inside and put it away. Professional and pleasant customer service will go a long way! Congratulations on fostering this almost forgotten company culture!
