slow and rude, took over 2 hours to get off loaded.
As a drywall business owner we only buy from FBM for the best prices in town and excellent customer service from the order desk to the warehouse for delivery.
Incredibly uncomfortable experience I have never felt more uncomfortable trying to purchase building materials. I unfortunately (not knowing) took one to many of steps in to the warehouse and instead of being politely redirected I was told repeatedly " I can't have you in my wearhouse" "ok no problem sir. I heard you have the best price in town ".... I was made to feel unwelcome so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Sometimes it's all about how to talk to people.
