Completely incompetent! I brought my 2020 GMC truck in 4 different times for an oil leak and they never fixed the problem. Also, they messed up my front axle when replacing oil pan so I had to go to a mechanic shop to get it fixed which cost me nearly $1,000. My truck is still leaking oil months later and I will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed correctly! Will never come back to this place again for service or to buy a vehicle!
This place is the business. My two Buicks definitely have a home.
Gave them another chance. New management and advisor in the service department after a year of terrible service. I left hopeful that it’s on the upswing. They brought back the old oil change features thankfully. They are addressing the lack of communication.
Stayed with troubleshooting my car until they got it right the first time!
