Ryan, the technician that came to our home for our annual service was wonderful. Took care of everything that we needed and made sure that he communicated everything about our unit. He was very professional and very much a gentleman.
Luke was very professional and personable. He is a very knowledgeable technician. He can work at my house any time. I enjoyed speaking with him. He cleaned up very well afterwards.
AJ Blanchard came to do my annual inspection of plumbing. He did an outstanding job. He checked all of the pipeworks and all the penetrations into cabinets. He checked the bonnets to ensure there were no leaks at the valves. He took pictures of all of the water sources and where they go to along with their drains. We’ve had an ongoing blower motor issue on a new A/C, thankfully all under warranty. Rudy was assigned to this most recent problem, within 30 minutes he found multiple issues contributing to the problem. He confirmed his findings with Trane Tech Support, in addition identified two UV lights that needed to be replaced then shared details on the solution.
