I had an excellent experience with Foulks Southern Air from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Manuel Ramos, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Kaden was very respectful, knowledgeable, and prepared. He explained everything that would be done. He was able to locate and fix a leak in the attic within seconds. He also fixed a leak in the shower, restoring the water pressure to the shower. He was able to locate the problem in our plumbing and cleaned up afterwards. Looking forward to having Southern Air service our home in the future. I had to have Southern Air replace the old cast iron/terracotta plumbing, and Kayden and James worked on it all day. Great experience from start to finish. I’ve used them before for my AC and this time for my plumbing. Our tech Jesse was very professional, personable and communicated everything. Highly recommend.
