Went there today at 10am (Monday - the day after Christmas) hoping they would be open. Pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service provided by Randy. Even though I needed only a few items (totaling less than $40) prior to leaving town with little time to spare, Randy was a total professional & helped as though we were spending $1,000. Was in a panic when I dropped my lens today and my 35 1.4 L from canon laid there with what I thought was a disaster. I was wanting to call around and ask about what maybe it could be so I could prepare to get the money ready. I called 3 places and was very uninterested in tone of voices and the lack of help. After days of taking vacation pictures, we realized that there was dirt on our camera sensor. This necessitated a trip to a camera store. Thanks to Google, we found Foto Forum. This is a professional photo store. The sales staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. We dealt with a gentleman whose name we can't recall, but he is of Scottish descent. Recommended to me by another photographer with good reason! They were helpful and honest-- willing to charge my camera battery spur of the moment as an out of town visitor for granddaughter's graduation-- when they could have just sold me a charger.
We just upgraded our Nikon camera and lenses. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to answer any of your questions. We were very impressed and we will be coming back again in the future.
I bought my studio back drop set up, stands, first back drop and first umbrella here, also other items. The guys were very helpful and know there stuff.
