I accidentally dropped my 24-70 lens on a Friday evening and I had a big event on Saturday that required this lens. I live in Northern AZ and was frantic to find a replacement so that I could use the next day. I called Foto Forum, they were super helpful, had the lens in stock and held it for me so that I could pick it up first thing Saturday morning. On a recommendation from a photographer I called Foto Forum to purchase new lights for videography. Steve asked to review samples of what was wrong with the videos and then patiently sat with me to explain that the problem was most likely our White Balance setting. Not necessarily the lights. He was professional and didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need! Great guys. I'm saving for a new DSLR camera, which will bought here! Thanks so much Steve!
I was able to see and hold and discuss the camera I am considering purchasing. It was new in the box and the gentleman took it out of the wrappings after which he showed and told me all about its features as I was holding the camera. I really appreciated his helpfulness and attentiveness to my needs as a customer, even though he knew I was waiting on a repair estimate from Canon on my damaged camera and wasn't going to make a purchase while I was there.
