When I started this journey I was really worried about choosing the right agency, specially since I want to adopt. When I found Foster VA I liked the clarity of the website and their quick response to my questions. After 5 training sessions (very clear, informative and with a friendly always supportive approach) with Dr. Cash I definitely feel more prepared for what's to come. Thank you for everything that you have done so far. Keep up the good work.
I just finished the required training and Dr. Cash does a really great job of helping you feel both informed and equipped for the work in which you may choose to engage. I found her funny and enjoyable as well.
I've just finished the training and am so excited to start this new chapter of my life. ESP has been extremely supportive, and has only solidified my desire to make a difference through becoming a foster parent.
It is a great support gap that ESP is meeting in order to take care of children in need. Definitely want to shout out Ms. Jessica Cash. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about this profession. I was in 3 weekend session with her and she ensured that I understood the fundamental principles of ESP and the foster care industry.
