First Blizzard experience and my heating went out. A Tech came out during the Blizzard and fixed the problem, unfortunately, the heat went out due to the severe wind blowing in the basement and the same Tech came out and repaired the furnace again. I went the rest of the next week without any incidents. Then the Water Overflow had cracked due to the cold in the basement...that is on order.
