I just want to sing praises to the reputable people they hire to represent their company. As a woman, especially a woman of color, we kinda get into the mindset that all businesses want to rip you off as soon as they realize they are working with a woman, but I am happy to say that I liked Sam Honeycutt from the moment he spoke. Fosters misdiagnosed my problem over the phone, charged my card prior to arrival and only wanted to refund me $66 out of the $399. I had already paid them for work that was not done. After arguing they gave me another $77 back resulting in a $255. service call and no work done. I made a post on my own page fosters that people are currently sharing, you may have gotten $255 out of me but you just lost a lot more in revenue !

Also they came to george county with know hesitation , never once said it to far just asked address an came out ..He came when he said , very professional, very thorough , tested an made sure everything was work has it should . We have purchased an a/c unit for one home, a heating/air unit for another and had repair work done on the furnace that came with our home. All of the staff, especially Zack, are professional, courteous and knowledgable. They stand behind their work and are quick to respond.
