For the sake of you unfortunate customers of Fosters I ask that you read the fine print of your estimate. In vague terms they are basically saying the following, "This is only an estimate however this estimate may not include the cost of further damage that "we" may do to your vehicle, should "we" damage your vehicle in any way it is your responsibility to pay for it."
