Very caring people to register and the lab lady that took my daughters blood was very kind.
I was given a referral for physical therapy and so I called to schedule an appointment with them and had to leave a message for them to call me back. They called me at an inconvenient time and asked if they could call me at a more convenient time and asked when that would be and I told them it would be after 4:00 p.m. I have yet to receive another call from them at a convenient time after 4:00 p.m.. ... Courteous and friendly staff. Easy to locate particular office suite. Building clean and well taken care of.
Munson seems to hire really well. I've been impressed by 99% of the staff I've interacted with over 35 years, and Foster is the same. Once you figure out their systems it's very efficiently operated.
